How to effectively remove scars on the face

Having scars on the face is the most self-deprecating thing. Because it can be directly shown on the face, sometimes it can be covered up. Therefore, we should focus on effective methods to remove scars. Now compression therapy, drug treatments, and radiotherapy are very effective in removing small scars.

1. Non-surgical treatment of facial scars: For some hypertrophic scars that do not affect facial function, surgical excision is sometimes not necessary, because even after excision, it is very easy to relapse and form new hypertrophic scars. In order to soften and flatten scars, the following methods can be used for cosmetic treatment.

2. Compression therapy: People gradually apply the method of compression to scar hyperplasia after burns, and the effect is positive. Generally, after facial scar removal, the surgical incision needs to be pressurized for 6 months to 1 year. In this way, scar hyperplasia can be effectively prevented.

3. Drug therapy has been proven through practice that injecting hormone suspensions such as prednisolone acetate and triamcinolone acetate into the hyperplastic scar area on the face can flatten the hyperplastic scar and restore its color to or close to the normal facial skin color. But sometimes it takes several injections to achieve the desired effect.

4. Radiotherapy: For small areas of facial hypertrophic scars or hypertrophic scars after surgical excision and skin grafting, shallow X-ray radiotherapy should be performed. Generally, 4-6 times can achieve good results.
