What are the symptoms of frequent urination and incomplete urination? What is the disease?

It is common for men to experience frequent urination and incomplete urination in daily life, which seriously affects their normal life, especially at night. Experts say that frequent urination and incomplete urination in men are caused by two diseases: prostate and urinary tract infection, and require symptomatic treatment based on the condition.

Why do men have frequent urination, urgency and inability to urinate completely? Andrology experts point out that there are two situations in which men have frequent urination, urgency and inability to urinate completely: 1. Prostate disease, 2. Urinary tract infection.

1. Prostate disease:

1. Prostatitis: Patients may experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, discomfort during urination, burning sensation during urination, and milky white secretions at the urethral opening. The secretory dysfunction associated with chronic prostatitis has an adverse effect on sperm and can cause reduced fertility. Therefore, it is better to find out the cause of the disease in time and treat it symptomatically to avoid serious consequences.

2. Prostate hyperplasia: After middle age, the secretory function of the prostate continues to decline, causing prostate hyperplasia, compressing the posterior urethra, and causing a series of problems such as frequent urination at night, urgency, and dripping urine. Urinating problems in patients with prostatic hyperplasia are caused by urethral obstruction or weak bladder contraction, which is extremely harmful to health.

2. Urinary tract infection:

Urinary tract infection causes symptoms of frequent urination and incomplete urination. Incomplete urination is a common clinical symptom of urinary tract infection, sometimes accompanied by frequent urination and urgency. These symptoms can be seen in many diseases in Western medicine, such as acute and chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, urinary tract stones, urethritis, etc. Urinary tract infection is a broad concept. There are many reasons for incomplete urination. Even if different people suffer from the same disease, their treatment methods and treatment doses are different.
