What causes a red, swollen and itchy nose?

A red, swollen and itchy nose is sometimes caused by pollen allergies. Many people in life may be affected by allergies. Acute rhinitis, nasal eczema, and vestibulitis can also show these symptoms of redness, swelling and itching.

5. The best way is to gently press the area with your ring finger for a few seconds and then release it when your nose itches. Cup a handful of water with your hands, close your mouth slightly, inhale the water through your nose, and breathe out most of the air through your mouth at the same time. Inhale the water into a certain part of the nasal cavity, stop breathing, including breathing through the mouth, then hold your breath, let the water flow out of the nasal cavity naturally, and try again.
