1. Granular stool is a type of constipation. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, constipation is caused by spleen and qi deficiency. I use food to adjust spleen deficiency and qi deficiency. Qi-replenishing foods: dates, cowpeas. Foods that nourish the spleen and promote bowel movements: peanuts, soybeans, dates (diabetics cannot eat dates, but can boil date pits in water, and then use the water to cook porridge), add 10 grams each of peanuts and soybeans (peanuts and soybeans are high in calories, diabetics should not eat too much), add 1 tael of millet and 5 grams of wolfberry to cook porridge. It mainly refers to soybean sprouts and mung bean sprouts. Although they are derived from soybeans and mung beans, they are more nutritious than them. In addition to more cellulose, tranexamic acid disappears quickly during the germination process of beans. As enzymes degrade phytic acid, more minerals such as phosphorus and zinc are released and used by the human body. In particular, it has a very high content of vitamin C and is a low-calorie, low-fat food that is inexpensive and good value. Nourish yin and promote bowel movement and urination. The fat and carbohydrates it contains are trace elements necessary for the human body. Eating bean sprouts regularly can prevent and treat colon cancer, stomatitis, and improve brain function. When making soup with bean sprouts, do not cook them too soft, just cook until they are cooked.
