Degenerative changes of the spine Such as intervertebral disc degeneration, degenerative osteoarthritis of facet joints, secondary spinal stenosis, senile osteoporosis, pseudosynostosis and spinal instability. (IV) Bone developmental abnormalities Scoliosis, hemivertebra, nonunion of the vertebrae, kyphosis, lumbar vertebrae or lumbar cuboidization, spina bifida and hooked spinous process, horizontal cuboid bone, unequal length of lower limbs, and flat feet. 5. Poor posture A big belly caused by long-term desk work or bending over, pregnancy, and obesity. (VI) Tumor Bone and soft tissue tumors, bone marrow or nerve tumors, etc. 7. Referred pain caused by visceral diseases Gynecological pelvic diseases, prostate diseases, etc. can cause lower back pain. Kidney diseases such as calculi, renal ptosis, pyelonephritis and retroperitoneal diseases such as abscesses and hematomas can cause low back pain. Hepatofemoral and heart diseases can cause back pain. 8. Mental Factors With the progress of society and the acceleration of the pace, such diseases are gradually increasing, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, allergic spondylitis, neurasthenia, plague, and depression. |
