When you wake up early in the morning, there are eight things that can help you maintain your health.

Stay in bed for five minutes: Stay in bed for five more minutes after waking up. Many people think that lying in bed is not good, but if you get up as soon as you wake up, the blood will rush upwards, causing a sudden change in blood pressure and causing symptoms such as dizziness. Therefore, when you get up in the morning, it is best not to get up after opening your eyes. Instead, take advantage of this opportunity to lie in bed and move your limbs and head, and then get up after 5 minutes.

Here is an exercise that you can do while lying in bed. After getting up, wait until you regain consciousness, slowly bend both knees and push them towards the other side of the body; hold one knee to your chest with both hands and hold it for 10 seconds; lie on your back, stretch your arms back as far as possible, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, and keep your body still for 5 seconds.

Don't rush to fold the quilt: People who fold the quilt neatly after getting up must be people who live a strict and organized life, but there are not many such people. More people will stretch the quilt flat on the bed, which is both convenient and beautiful. But it is wrong to do these things as soon as you wake up. During a night's sleep, the human skin will emit a large amount of water vapor, making the quilt damp to varying degrees. If you do not allow the water vapor to dissipate and fold the quilt immediately after getting up, the humid and warm environment will breed a large number of mites and bacteria. Therefore, after getting up, you should first lift the quilt to let it air out before folding or spreading it flat.

Early morning massage: Spend 5 minutes every morning gently massaging your head and face, then extending to your neck, pressing the depression above your collarbone, which can help you delay the onset of aging. Developing such a good habit can not only drain water and reduce swelling, make your face slimmer, but also make your skin tender and refresh your mind. After finishing the head massage, you can gently stretch your limbs, especially your ankles, because many white-collar ladies have to wear high heels all day long. Stretching your ankles can make your feet less easily injured.

Morning defecation: Get up early to defecate. Once you develop this good habit, you will benefit from it for life. Food stays in the body while we sleep. After a night of digestion, if it is not excreted in time, it will accumulate in the body and cause a burden on gastrointestinal function. However, many people cannot do this. After all, you can’t queue up whenever you want. Don’t worry if you don’t have this habit yet. You can work hard to cultivate it. For example, you can eat more high-fiber foods, such as cabbage, sweet potatoes and other whole grains, and go to the toilet in the morning regardless of whether you have a bowel movement or not. Over time, the habit will become natural.

Wash your face well: When you wake up in the morning, you will find your face oily and uncomfortable. In fact, this is because the skin has an active metabolism during sleep and eliminates waste. So you should actually wash your face well in the morning. After brushing your teeth, use facial cleanser to gently massage your face to clean it thoroughly, and then use toner to soothe your skin. Put on makeup last. The cleansing process will make you feel refreshed and allow your skin to wake up in the shortest time, full of vitality and able to withstand the invasion of cosmetics throughout the whole day!

Drink a glass of water: When you wake up in the morning, you should drink a glass of water seriously. After a night of sleep, without drinking a drop of water, people are easily dehydrated. Drinking a glass of water at this time is beneficial to the body's water replenishment. At the same time, it also cleans the stomach and intestines. Awakening the stomach and other body senses can help better digest the food eaten for breakfast. Moreover, drinking a glass of water to clear your mouth can help you wake up from your sleepy state. So, you might as well put a glass of cold water by your bed before going to bed the night before.

Take a bath: Taking a bath in the morning helps to promote blood circulation, and the clean feeling and the fragrance of the bath gel itself can adjust your mood and make you more energetic. As for taking a shower or bath, it depends on whether you have enough time. If you have time to take a bath, the water temperature should not be too high and the bath time should not be too long. Choose some citrus-scented bath products, which are best for boosting your spirits. If you are taking a shower, I will tell you a little secret to eliminate shoulder muscle pain. Put a towel on your shoulders, use a tolerable heat, and use the shower head to hit your shoulders. Do this for ten minutes each time, more than three times a week, for best results.

It is the source of energy for the day. Skipping breakfast in order to sleep a little longer is the most uneconomical. Skipping breakfast for a long time can cause malnutrition, anemia, reduced resistance, and pancreatic and gallstones. So you must eat breakfast, and it is best to eat breakfast between 7 and 8 o'clock. Because people's appetite is strongest at this time.
