Many people's eyes often get sick, and they may also have some vision problems, but no one has ever encountered eyelid blisters. This kind of thing is eyelid eczema. At first, the eyelids are red and swollen, and there may be some blisters, erosions and ulcers locally. Pustules will form after scabs form, so the condition will be more serious and you need to find a way to treat it. You may be suffering from a disease called eyelid eczema, the clinical manifestations of which are: initially the eyelid skin is red and swollen, with a large number of blood rashes, blisters, erosions, and scabs seen locally. When secondary infection occurs, pus bubbles are formed. The scab will fall off and heal. The scope can also be expanded to the face, forehead, etc. But it can also evolve from acute to subacute and chronic. The skin of the eyelid is rough, thickened, and lichen-like, with scales falling off on the surface and may also have pigmentation. If contact with allergenic substances or drugs continues, complications such as exudative conjunctivitis, corneal surface infiltration, and edema may occur. Its treatment methods include: 1. First, immediately stop using and contacting the allergen and strengthen nutrition. 2. In the early stage, apply local wet compresses such as calamine lotion, 3% boric acid water, normal saline or wild chrysanthemum decoction. For those who are almost dry, give zinc oxide cream, sugar distilled oil, hormone ointment, etc. If the erosion persists for a long time and does not heal, 1% silver nitrate solution can be applied externally. 3. Nonspecific desensitization therapy: antihistamines, calcium agents, etc. For systemic skin eczema, systemic application of hormones and other symptomatic drugs, or autologous blood injection should be considered. 4. Traditional Chinese Medicine: Take internal medicines that can activate blood stasis, cool blood, clear away heat, remove dampness, and detoxify. For acute eczema, Shuangjie Decoction can be modified. If wind is severe, add Qianghuo and Niubianzi; if dampness is severe, add Atractylodes, Sophora flavescens, and Diganfuzi; if heat is severe, add Gentiana scabra and Zhizi. For chronic cases, Siwu Decoction can be used with modifications, including Radix Trichosanthis, Radix Rehmanniae, Saposhnikoviae Saposhnikoviae, Fructus Arctii, etc., to dispel wind, nourish blood, and moisten dryness. |
