How to effectively treat rosacea?

Rosacea can affect a person's appearance, and the actual phenomenon of rosacea caused by drinking is what we call acne rosacea. In the face of this symptom, you can use some antibiotics, or apply tetracycline to improve the symptoms of skin redness or vascular inflammation.

1. Treatment measures

Rosacea is usually treated with antibiotics, either taken orally or topically with creams or gels such as tetracycline and metronidazole. This therapy ostensibly controls the symptoms of skin redness and vascular inflammation. However, antibiotics can quickly relieve symptoms, but patients may need to take the medication for a long time, and long-term use of antibiotics can affect the growth of probiotics in the intestines. More importantly, no matter how well antibiotics are used to treat the symptoms, they cannot cure rosacea.

2. Improvement methods

There are three ways to improve the symptoms of rosacea. One of them is to speed up metabolism so that the deposited pigment on the epidermis fades as the keratin falls off. Another method is to use comprehensive whitening ingredients to first inhibit the amount of melanin produced. You can also choose to use antioxidants to inhibit free radicals to avoid further stimulation of melanin.

3. In vivo therapy

Many long-term rosacea sufferers have learned from experience which foods and drinks trigger their rosacea or make symptoms worse. These foods and drinks that should be avoided include: alcohol, coffee, hot drinks, spicy foods, and anything else that can obviously cause congestion. At the same time, we should also pay special attention to our intestinal function, including the secretion of gastric acid and pancreatic lipase. Both of these secretions are essential for food digestion. Low stomach acid levels don’t directly cause rosacea. But it is also closely related to the causes of rosacea.
