What causes acne between the eyebrows?

The growth of pimples greatly affects the beauty of the skin. Generally speaking, pimples are also acne, and we need to consider whether they are related to endocrine disorders. Acne between the eyebrows is related to many factors. It may be simply due to skin problems, but it is not ruled out that acne is caused by external factors.

1. Skin quality problems: The skin is oily, the sebaceous glands are overdeveloped, and the sebum secretion is excessive. If the pores are clogged or oil cannot be discharged smoothly due to other reasons, the sebaceous glands will continue to secrete, and sebum will accumulate in the pores, bulging into acne.

2. Lifestyle: In addition, staying up late, lack of sleep or poor sleep quality can cause liver discomfort and lead to endocrine disorders. Imbalance of hormone secretion in the body causes acne on the skin. Imbalance in hormone secretion can also indirectly cause excessive sebum secretion and breed acne.

3. Dietary problems: Some unhealthy living habits can also cause acne between the eyebrows. For example, avoid high-fat foods, which can generate a lot of heat energy and aggravate internal heat; fishy foods, which can amplify the chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands; high-sugar foods, which can enhance the body's metabolism and promote increased secretion of the sebaceous glands; spicy and fried foods, because they increase the burden on the heart and reduce the quality of vitamins in the blood.

4. The places where acne appears reflect problems with the internal organs of the body. The reason for acne between the eyebrows is generally due to chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, and palpitations. It may be because I didn’t get enough rest recently or because I have too many worries and put too much pressure on myself in life and study, so it grows between the eyebrows.
