Change your sitting posture Due to the need to work with the head down for a long time at a desk, the cervical spine is in a flexed position or certain specific positions for a long time, and the neck muscles are in an uncoordinated stress state for a long time. The muscles and ligaments in the back of the neck are easily stretched and strained, which in turn causes cervical spondylosis. Orthopedic experts suggest that a fixed posture cannot be maintained for more than one hour. After one hour, you should move your neck and shoulders and do some health exercises.
