How to treat pulmonary sarcoidosis? These are all things to note

Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a complication caused by worsening of the alveoli. It can be recovered after simple treatment. Some patients can even recover without taking medication. Don't worry too much about this condition, and don't deliberately think that the condition will have an impact on your body. Here I will introduce you to the relevant knowledge about pulmonary sarcoidosis so that you can have a correct understanding of the condition.

Can pulmonary sarcoidosis be cured?

First: Pulmonary sarcoidosis was once called sarcoid and is an allergic disease of unknown cause. The pathological changes are non-caseous granulomas, which can invade various organs in the body, but more often involve the lymph nodes, lungs, liver, spleen and skin. It is a multi-system granulomatous disease with unknown etiology and is widely distributed throughout the world. The incidence rate is higher in the southeastern part of the Republic, especially among blacks. Siltzbach calculated that the incidence rate in the middle-aged and unmarried areas of New York City was 64/100,000, while that in the white areas of the city was 1/100,000.

Second: To treat pulmonary sarcoidosis, the alveolitis must be treated first, because the early stage of pulmonary sarcoidosis is the alveolitis stage, which is also the beginning stage of pulmonary fibrosis. Most lesions of alveolitis are exogenous allergic alveolitis. There are no clinical symptoms at the beginning. Occasionally, a few people have itchy throat and dry cough, which gradually develop into shortness of breath, chest tightness, and pain in the west. A few people have symptoms such as heavy sweating at night, low fever, fatigue, and weight loss. The condition progressed to holding breath when lying on your back, and later to holding breath when going up and down stairs. Or hold your breath whenever you move.

Third: This stage is also called nodular fibrosis. If it continues to develop, it can become cavitary tuberculosis and gradually develop into honeycomb lung (generalized idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis). Alveolitis is the most lethal and harmful to the lungs. It directly destroys the ventilation function of the lungs, causing the decline of the ventilation function. Finally, the entire ventilation function becomes ineffective, leading to death from suffocation. Therefore, the treatment of alveolitis is urgent and necessary.
