Most patients with gum pain have pain in the root pulp and nerves of the teeth, which can cause patients to be afraid to eat anything and even not know how to relieve the pain every day. 2. Eat more rough, hard and fibrous foods, which can abrade and clean the tooth surface and reduce the accumulation of food debris. Hard food needs to be chewed thoroughly, which not only strengthens the periodontal tissue, but also rubs the biting surface of the teeth, which may make the pits and fissures shallower and help reduce pit and fissure caries.

4. Eat less or no overly stimulating food. Food that is too sour, too sweet, too cold, too salty, or too hot can irritate the teeth and easily induce toothache.

3. Quick pain relief method for toothache

1. Add an equal amount of white wine to an egg white, mix well, drink a mouthful, hold it in your mouth, and spit it out after 5 minutes. Do this twice a day (one egg a day), and it will reduce inflammation and relieve pain in 2-3 days. It can treat symptoms of periodontitis and gingivitis.

2. When you have a toothache, you can cut a small piece of ginger and bite it on the painful area. You can reuse it when necessary, and it is also okay to hold it in your mouth when you sleep. This is a very safe and reliable recipe.

3. Put 100 grams of ordinary white wine into a teacup and add 10 grams of salt; stir, and after the salt is dissolved, put it on the stove and boil it. Hold a mouthful of it at the painful area, be careful not to swallow it, and the toothache will stop immediately.
