What is autologous stem cell transplantation

Autologous stem cell transplantation is an advanced technology at present. Its main function is to transplant itself by absorbing some liver cells in the body. This is a medical and human grafting technology that can treat many traumatic diseases and neurological diseases. It can bring sufficient benefits to the human body and achieve very valuable effects. It is a very good technology.

Therapeutic mechanism

Autologous stem cell transplantation technology has a good effect on the treatment of central nervous system damage and brain damage diseases, and its mechanism mainly includes four links.

In the first step , some of the stem cells transplanted into the body can be directed to differentiate into macrophages, which act as scavengers and "eat" local necrotic tissue cells;

The second step is that after the environment of the injured tissue is improved, the local blood flow increases and the local vascular system can be repaired, which can help the patient improve his symptoms.

The third step is to direct the transplanted stem cells to differentiate into glial cells (the "immature" state of nerve cells);

The fourth step is the regeneration of nerve cells, which includes the survival and regeneration of damaged nerves and the directed differentiation of transplanted stem cells into nerve cells, thus regenerating new neural circuits.

According to researchers, there are currently two main methods of stem cell transplantation: one is to transplant some stem cells directly into the body, and use the signals in the body to guide these stem cells to differentiate into mature and suitable cells; the other is that while performing the above transplantation operation, they can also install a stem cell transplantation pump at the patient's lesion site to culture and expand some stem cells in vitro, allowing them to differentiate in the desired direction in vitro, and then transplant them into the patient's body in batches using a transplantation pump. The combination of these two techniques is most effective for the patient.
