If sha appears, feel the nodes in the blue areas with your hands. Then use the scraping board or your hands to clear the nodes. Pain means blockage. Angle The board is at an acute angle of 40-60% with the calf and at an obtuse angle with the thigh 5. Key acupoints Scrape the Futu, Xuehai, Zusanli, Fengshi, Chengfu, Sanyinjiao, Xuanzhong, Weizhong, and Chengshan acupoints one by one. After scraping each acupoint 50-100 times, move on to the next one. The acupoints are symmetrical, which means that after scraping the same acupoint on both legs, move on to the next one.
