What are the solutions to frequent belching

The so-called belching is the sound made by the gas in the stomach passing through the throat, commonly known as hiccups. Belching is mainly caused by excessive gas in the stomach and intestines. There are many reasons for belching, including poor diet and some gastrointestinal disorders. If belching occurs, you should adjust it in time, do not eat spicy and irritating foods, do not eat foods that easily produce gas, and you should exercise more often.

1. Less greasy, less spicy, less raw and cold:

Eat less or no fried and greasy food. This type of food is difficult to digest and will increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, easily causing indigestion, increased blood lipids, etc. You should also eat less raw, cold, spicy and irritating foods, as these foods will irritate the gastrointestinal tract, easily leading to increased gastric acid secretion, and also easily causing diarrhea and gastrointestinal inflammation.

2. Less salt and less pickling:

Pickled foods are high in salt and should not be eaten too much as they can easily irritate the gastrointestinal tract and cause discomfort.

3. Eat less gas-producing foods:

Belching and burping are mostly caused by excessive gas in the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, you should eat less gas-producing foods, such as beans, sweet potatoes, radishes, potatoes, etc., and eat more easily digestible foods. You can also supplement with probiotics to resist the activities of harmful bacteria, especially gas-producing bacteria. Eat Zangling Stachyose in the morning and evening to feed the beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract, provide food and nutrients for the beneficial bacteria, fight against harmful bacteria (gas-producing bacteria), restore the balance of the flora and the microecological environment, and restore gastrointestinal function and health.

4. Eat regularly:

Eating regularly and in fixed amounts can help the gastrointestinal tract form conditioned reflexes and aid digestion. Eat three meals a day on time, take the initiative to eat at the designated time, and eat a fixed amount for each meal. Do not be too hungry or too full, and do not overeat. Chew slowly to avoid increasing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract.

5. Drink water at the right time:

The best time to drink water is in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 hour before each meal. Drinking water immediately after a meal will dilute the gastric juice and hinder digestion.

6. Take 10 mg of metoclopramide 3 times a day, half an hour before meals; this drug can enhance gastric motility, accelerate gastrointestinal emptying, and eliminate hiccups or belching.

7. Intestinal flora regulators : Lactobacillus tablets, Livzon Enterol or Lactase can regulate intestinal flora and treat abdominal distension and belching caused by indigestion and abnormal fermentation.

Causes of belching

1. Organic dyspepsia: caused by chronic stomach diseases, such as chronic gastritis, gastroptosis, duodenal stagnation, etc. When suffering from these diseases, the gastric motility is weakened and the emptying is slowed down, causing abdominal distension and indigestion. In addition, liver and gallbladder diseases can also cause indigestion symptoms such as belching and abdominal distension.

2. Functional dyspepsia: There are often indigestion symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, bloating, belching, etc., but after examination, there is no obvious pathological or organic lesions, so it is called functional dyspepsia, and it is often accompanied by mental symptoms such as tension, anxiety, forgetfulness, and dreaminess. It is recommended to do some relevant examinations. If there are pathological conditions, treatment should be carried out according to the cause.
