In our daily life, the palm is the most commonly used organ. We need to use the palm to pick up and put objects and perform various actions. However, the palms are most exposed to viruses and are more easily infected by viruses. Blisters on the palms are one of the common palm diseases. Blisters on the palms not only affect the appearance, but also have a great impact on daily life. It is inconvenient to eat, drink water, and take and put objects. If you touch the blisters, it will be painful. There are some effective treatments for palm blistering. For example, you can take medication, such as GABA, calcium supplements, wipe with external medication, soak in boric acid solution, alum solution, or use peeling and other medications. The following is a detailed introduction on how to treat blisters on the palms. (1) Identify possible causes and eliminate them. (2) For oral medication, it is recommended to take calcium supplements, antihistamines, oryzanol, etc. under the guidance of a doctor. For patients with acute symptoms, prednisone can be taken orally. Suggestions: 3) Topical medications are mainly astringent and antipruritic. Calamine lotions containing mint or phenol, and antipruritic alcohol are commonly used for external application. In emergencies, boric acid solution or aluminum acetate alum solution can be used for wet compresses or soaking. When the damage improves to dryness and desquamation, urea cream, corticosteroids or sulfur cream can be used for treatment. The disease is divided into four types according to clinical manifestations: the immersion type is often characterized by whitening, erosion, and immersion of the skin between the toes (fingers) with clear edges. The immersion epidermis is removed, leaving moist, bright red new skin. The blister type is often seen with blisters appearing on the soles of the feet or palms, and even several blisters merging into larger blisters with clear boundaries, flat skin, and blisters breaking and peeling off. The scaly type is mainly characterized by desquamation, with a few blisters in between. The blisters are dry and desquamative, with clear boundaries and no obvious inflammation. The thickened type often causes thickening of the skin on the palms and soles, blisters and desquamation in the summer, and skin cracking in the winter. This disease is more common in adults, often occurring or aggravated in summer, and alleviated or symptoms disappear in winter when the climate is dry.
