What are the symptoms of esophageal thrush?

Vasculitis is actually a common disease in surgery. It is a common and serious disease of blood vessels. Many friends who smoke or are picky eaters are prone to the disease of vasculitis. The most common symptoms of vasculitis are numbness and coldness in the limbs, as well as fatigue and insomnia throughout the body. It is important to detect the disease through symptoms in a timely manner and then seek treatment as soon as possible.

Vasculitis is a common disease in vascular surgery and an inflammatory manifestation of the blood vessel wall. Young smokers, people with excessive mental stress, people with unbalanced nutrition, and residents of cold and humid areas are at high risk of developing the disease. Some patients have a family genetic background. In the early stages of vasculitis, the symptoms of many patients are not very obvious. Many people even ignore certain changes in local parts of the body due to carelessness, resulting in missing the best time for treatment. Therefore, it is very important to detect the signs of vasculitis early and go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.

The symptoms of vasculitis can be divided into three periods: early, middle and late. The manifestations of each period are different, and the following signals will appear:

Early signs

(1) The patient feels numbness, coldness, and pain in the affected limb. The patient's limbs are sensitive to cold, the local temperature is low, they sweat easily, and the toenails grow slowly;

(2) The dorsalis pedis artery pulsation of the affected limb weakens and gradually disappears;

(3) The patient feels fatigued all over and has soreness and swelling in the calves.

Mid-term signal

(1) As the disease worsens, the muscles of the affected limbs begin to twitch, especially at night. In severe cases, patients cannot rest or sleep.

(2) Calf pain occurs during exercise;

(3) Some patients will experience intermittent walking complication.

Late signal

(1) Patients often feel persistent severe pain in the affected limb, or even unbearable pain;

(2) The affected limbs, feet, and toes turn black and become necrotic, and the toenails grow slowly;

(3) The skin of the affected limb becomes dark red or dark brown, and ulcers or gangrene may occur.

1. Prevent trauma: Avoid trauma to the affected limb. Trauma not only aggravates vascular damage and spasm, but also reduces the resistance of limbs that are already in an ischemic state to infection, making wounds difficult to heal.

2. Keep your limbs warm: Pay attention to protecting the temperature of your limbs, especially in winter and spring, avoid cold and humidity. Wash your hands and feet with hot water every day to promote local blood circulation.

3. Adhere to drug treatment: actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment and take medication on time. Patients should cooperate with doctors in follow-up tracking so that doctors can understand the dynamics of the disease and provide reasonable prevention and treatment measures.

4. Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption: Smoking is an important factor in vasculitis. Nicotine in tobacco is a vasoconstrictor. Smoking can cause the blood vessels in the skin to constrict, slowing blood flow and significantly lowering the skin temperature of the fingers or toes. Therefore, the first step to prevent thromboangiitis obliterans is to actively quit smoking.

5. Good living habits: It is very important to keep exercising. Exercise can enhance physical fitness and resistance, and improve blood circulation, which is beneficial for preventing infection and avoiding lower limb necrosis.
