What medicine can I apply to cure chickenpox faster?

When a baby has chickenpox, in addition to itchy skin, there will be many other symptoms that require special care. First of all, the body will become sore and weak, and often have a fever. These are symptoms after an attack of chickenpox. Children with chickenpox do not need special treatment, but isolation work must be done well, and attention must be paid to hygiene. Anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic drugs must be taken. The specific choice of medication is based on the doctor's arrangements.

Early detection of chickenpox

The baby develops a rash, initially a red maculopapular rash. You will find that the baby looks a little listless. When you take the temperature, you will find that some babies have a high fever, some have a little fever, and some do not have a fever at all.

The rash on the baby's body will turn into blisters a few hours after it appears. The blister walls are thin and look like water droplets at first. They will break when touched. At first, the "water droplets" are clear in color, and then the liquid inside will become turbid.

If the blisters become infected, pus will ooze out. It will break (deflate) and become a scab.

Because the rash appears in batches, maculopapular rash, vesicles and crusted rash can be seen on the baby's body at the same time. The rash is mostly distributed on the trunk, but can also be seen on the head, face, and limbs.

Chickenpox in children does not require special treatment

Chickenpox can grow anywhere, of course, chickenpox grows more often on the trunk. Chickenpox can usually be cured, but because chickenpox can cause itching, many children will scratch it, which can easily break the chickenpox, and scratching the chickenpox can very likely cause complications.

Although lifelong immunity can be obtained after recovery from chickenpox, the virus can still lurk in the body. When the body's resistance is reduced, the virus moves to the skin surface and infects the patient again, which manifests as shingles. It may also be complicated by some serious diseases, such as varicella pneumonia, encephalitis, hepatitis and purpura fulminans, which should be taken seriously. Therefore, regarding whether children with chickenpox need to go to the hospital for treatment, experts say that children with chickenpox generally do not require special treatment, but if a child has chickenpox and the parents do not take good care of the child, it may cause secondary infection of skin herpes, pneumonia, varicella encephalitis, varicella hepatitis, myocarditis, nephritis, hypothalamic syndrome, etc. Therefore, if your child develops complications from chickenpox, it is better to go to the hospital.

What to eat for baby chickenpox

1. Foods rich in crude fiber. Leafy vegetables such as cabbage, celery, spinach, bean sprouts, etc. contain more crude fiber, which can help babies clear heat from the body.

2. Give your baby plenty of water. During the chickenpox period, the sick baby may have dry stools due to fever, and needs to supplement with enough water. If your baby doesn't like plain water, it's okay to give him more watermelon juice, pear juice, orange juice, tomato juice, etc.

3. Let your baby eat more foods that have the effect of clearing heat and promoting diuresis. Vegetables such as spinach, amaranth, shepherd's purse, bamboo shoots, lettuce, and wild rice stem are all good choices. As for beans such as winter soybeans, black beans, red beans, mung beans, and broad beans, they have the effect of clearing heat and promoting diuresis.
