1. Symptoms of rhinitis

(5) Systemic manifestations: Most people also experience headaches, loss of appetite, fatigue, memory loss, and insomnia.

2. Acupuncture treatment of rhinitis

The first thing I need to say is that if acupuncture is used to treat sinusitis, it does have a certain effect, especially for the dizziness or nasal congestion, headache and some other symptoms caused by sinusitis. Acupuncture can effectively relieve these symptoms.

Secondly, if you use acupuncture to treat sinusitis, you can combine it with some methods such as neck reflex points. After a period of treatment, sinusitis will be greatly improved.

Finally, I need to say that for sinusitis, you can use acupuncture and Chinese medicine. If you use surgery, it is very easy to relapse after the operation, so it is recommended to use conservative treatment and pay attention to rest after the operation.

For acute sinusitis, in addition to antibiotic treatment, it is sometimes necessary to use steroids and decongestants such as ephedrine nasal drops to open the sinus openings. For chronic sinusitis, you can first treat it with medication, or use negative pressure suction or maxillary sinus puncture.
