Are the whiteheads on the nose caused by mites?

The health of the nose is a matter of great concern to people, because the nose is an important part of people's image, and only a healthy nose can show a very beautiful shape. Problems with the nose can have a significant impact on people's lives, and many nose problems are caused by parasites. Let’s take a look at whether whiteheads on the nose are caused by mites? I hope everyone can understand.

Mites; can be treated with 10% sulfur ointment or 20% methyl benzoate emulsion or 5% benzoic acid peroxide lotion plus 5% sulfur. Generally, vitamin B family such as vitamin B2, B6, complex vitamin B, etc. can be taken orally. Tetracycline or metronidazole can also be taken orally.

At the same time, we need to adjust our daily life :

1. Reasonable diet conditioning

Eating too much fat or oil-rich food will increase the secretion of sebum and aggravate the growth of mites. If you often eat sweet foods, or spicy foods, coffee, cigarettes, alcohol and other irritating foods, this will aggravate the facial mite condition and is very unfavorable for the treatment of mites. Therefore, to remove mites, you should pay attention to a light diet. For staple foods, you can eat more coarse grains such as brown rice and corn; for side dishes, you should choose more vegetables, fruits, soy products, and some seafood such as seaweed and kelp. It is better to use light food when cooking.

2. Personal items cannot be used interchangeably

Sanitary ware should be used separately, and family members should not use each other's towels, pillowcases, etc. In addition, please note that these products must be disinfected before use in public places, and the public sanitary facilities of hotels and restaurants should be equipped with cleaning products that have mite-killing and skin-care effects.

3. Do not use hormone drugs at will

Hormonal drugs can stimulate the development and increase reproduction of mites, such as ointments such as hydrocortisone, clofosinate, and fluocinolone. If these hormonal drugs are used externally for a long time, they may cause capillary dilation, skin atrophy, and pigmentation.
