What are the functions and effects of the pericardium meridian

Many people are not familiar with the pericardium meridian. In fact, the pericardium meridian is a life-saving meridian. It mainly exists around the side of the breast and ends between the middle fingers. When using the pericardium meridian for conditioning, it is best to stimulate the left meridian to achieve the best effect. Because the left side is closest to the heart, it is the fastest to read. Although there are relatively few acupoints on the pericardium meridian, the effects they bring are excellent.

First of all, you must remember that the meridians are in the center. As long as you get the meridians right, it doesn’t matter if the acupoints are wrong.

First find an acupuncture point, Tianquan Point. How to find Tianquan acupoint? It can be found at about two inches, three fingers away from the horizontal line below the armpit. Some people's arms are longer or shorter, so just click a little bit nearby. Tianquan point can treat chest pain, palpitations, sudden fear, or rapid heartbeat. Just press the Tianquan point.

Then there is a Qu Ze point below, which is an important point for treating many cardiovascular diseases. It can regulate the blood supply to the heart. For example, if you feel chest tightness or shortness of breath, you should massage the Quze point more. Some people have blockages, high blood pressure, dizziness, or chest tightness. This is often a bloodletting point. Use a three-edged needle to prick the blood, and after letting out a few drops of blood, the chest will immediately feel comfortable and relaxed.

Then further down there is an acupuncture point called Ximen Point. The Ximen acupoint can also be considered an emergency acupoint. For example, if I suddenly have angina pectoris, I may not have the strength to rub this acupoint when I have angina pectoris. Moreover, this acupoint is very deep, so I have to ask someone next to me to rub it for you. How to rub this acupoint? This acupoint is very deep. There are tendons inside and you cannot reach it if you rub it like this. You must press this point with your thumb and hold it still. Then move your hand, and you will rub the acupoint. It will feel very painful inside. The tendons will still move, so the acupoint will be rubbed. If you feel chest tightness and your heart attack is about to happen, rub this acupoint quickly. If there are quick-acting heart-saving pills nearby, take them at the same time as double insurance.

Then go down to the Neiguan point. The Neiguan point is located at this position, three fingers away from the transverse wrist crease. The Neiguan point is also very important. It is a key point for treating insomnia. Especially for insomnia caused by great psychological pressure, you should massage the Neiguan point more. Moreover, the Neiguan point can regulate the heart rate. It can slow down a fast heartbeat and increase the heart rate if the heartbeat is slow. It is a two-way regulation, so it is a very effective acupoint for regulating human emotions and cardiac blood supply.
