How to make your own heavy oil cleaning agent

1) Thickener products :

2. How to adjust the salt ratio

1) Initially determine the salt ratio : first make a small test with one kilogram of product. The method is: use your fingers (don't use a spoon) to pinch a little bit of salt, add it little by little, stir once to dissolve, and then add it a second time. When the consistency is achieved, if adding salt three times in a row fails to improve the consistency, it means that the salt ratio is sufficient. The salt used must first be measured to determine the proportion of salt used per kilogram of product, and then scaled up to the proportion required for production.

2) Determine the salt ratio : There will be a certain measurement error when scaling up the salt ratio from one kilogram of product to the ratio required for production, and it needs to be adjusted again. The adjustment method is: take out one kilogram of the washing solution produced, adjust the salt ratio to the thickest state, and you will know the final salt ratio.

3) Adjust the salt ratio : change the salt type (edible salt, industrial salt, brine, coarse salt), change the water weight, adjust the formula, adjust the cost, adjust the raw materials. If any of these situations occur, the salt ratio must be readjusted. When a novice conducts an experiment, start with a small test of one kilogram of product. After all the raw materials are dissolved, divide them into ten portions to adjust the salt and find the method first. Note: Too much salt will turn into water and the aqueous solution will turn white.
