It then turns into central failure.

Middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension may suddenly develop the disease when they are active or emotionally excited, and quickly develop symptoms of focal neurological deficits such as hemiplegia and aphasia, as well as severe headache, vomiting, and impaired consciousness. This often highly suggests the possibility of cerebral hemorrhage, which can be confirmed by CT examination.
