Cut the lettuce into slices, mix it with an appropriate amount of brown salt, pour out the salt water after a while, add a little high-quality soy sauce and MSG, and then pour a few drops of sesame oil. 3. Boil 9 grams of Patchouli Leaves and 3 grams of Acorus Calamus in water, take orally in two doses, 1 dose per day.

4. Add 30 grams of pure white honey to warm water and stew it once.

5. Grind 3 grams of licorice, 6 grams of Chuanxiong, 9 grams of cloves, and 15 grams of Angelica dahurica into fine powder, mix evenly, add honey to make into pills, and swallow twice a day.

6. Wash 30 grams of orange peel, boil it in water and drink it as tea. There are two ways to treat bad breath caused by smoking: 1. Take an appropriate amount of vinegar, hold it in the mouth and move it for 2 to 3 minutes, spit it out, and then rinse your mouth with clean water. 2. Take an appropriate amount of medicinal hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), dilute it with water, brush your teeth first, then hold the hydrogen peroxide in your mouth, bend down and lower your head. Avoid swallowing, wait a moment, spit it out, and rinse your mouth with water several times. If bad breath persists for a long time and is accompanied by symptoms such as weight loss, fever, and joint pain, a systemic disease should be considered. Such as leukemia, liver failure, zinc deficiency and cancer. If the elderly have persistent bad breath accompanied by sore throat, hoarseness, cough and hemoptysis. Or if you have symptoms such as upper abdominal pain, bloating, etc., you must go to the hospital in time to ask the doctor for relevant examinations to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment.
