How to treat cardiac bleeding

How to treat cardiac bleeding

Cardiac inflammation is a chronic disease. Its symptom is that food refluxes back into the esophagus. If it is taken seriously at the beginning of the disease, and some medicine for stomach disease is taken in time, or you go to the hospital to see a doctor and then adjust your diet, it can be cured. However, if it is not taken seriously and the stomach is not protected, cardiac inflammation will become more and more serious, and even cardia bleeding may occur. The following will introduce to you how to treat cardia bleeding.

If there is heavy bleeding due to cardiac cancer, surgical treatment must be taken immediately. The first thing to do is to stop the bleeding, so as to prevent heavy bleeding. After the bleeding is stopped, the patient must undergo CT and MRI examinations, so that their condition can be confirmed, so as to find a suitable surgical method to see whether a complete thoracotomy is needed for treatment.

Patients with cardia cancer usually do not notice any symptoms when the disease occurs. At most, they may occasionally feel some discomfort in their upper abdomen, especially after eating, they will feel a sense of fullness in their abdomen. Sometimes they will also have symptoms of indigestion. This is all caused by the inability of the digestive tract to digest and absorb normally due to cardia cancer. However, these symptoms will not cause severe symptoms in patients. Therefore, many patients will not go to the hospital for examination and treatment until they have symptoms of difficulty swallowing. At this time, cardia cancer has reached the middle and late stages.

The most important treatment for cardiac cancer is surgery, which is currently considered the most preferred method for treating cardiac cancer. However, patients should first undergo X-ray and endoscopic examinations to confirm the diagnosis before undergoing surgical treatment. Many early patients can be completely cured through surgery, as long as the patients pay attention to diet therapy after surgery, avoid eating any food that will irritate their gastrointestinal tract, and have a balanced nutrition.

However, the most common radiotherapy and chemotherapy methods are not very effective for cardiac cancer, or even have no effect at all. Instead, they will aggravate the patient's symptoms. If the patient is in the late stage of the disease, the only way to achieve the purpose of treatment is to adopt a thoracotomy resection method, but this method will cause great harm to the patient's body, so absolute bed rest is required for about one to two weeks.

The most commonly used surgical method for cardiac cancer is proximal subtotal gastrectomy. This surgical treatment method is mainly suitable for patients whose tumors are not so large and whose symptoms are not very obvious. If the symptoms are already very serious, the effect of this surgical treatment is not so good. After the operation, the patient should eat more high-nutrition foods, such as silver carp, pigeons and tofu.

After treatment, patients should pay special attention not to smoke or drink, because smoking is also a very important cause of recurrence of cardiac cancer, and the nitrite contained in alcohol is also irritating to the patient's gastrointestinal mucosa. Patients should also not eat food that is too hot or too hard, and try to eat food that is easier to absorb and digest to reduce the digestive burden of the gastrointestinal tract.
