At this time, each 1 ml contains 2000 units of penicillin. Second push: push away 0.9 ml, leaving 0.1 ml. At this time, each 0.1 ml contains 2000 units of penicillin. Third extraction: (0.1 original solution remaining + 0.9 normal saline) Draw 0.9 ml of normal saline and shake well. At this time, each 1 ml contains 200 units of penicillin and each 0.1 ml contains 20 units of penicillin. Finally, push the skin test solution to an entire scale when venting, such as 1 scale, 0.9 scale, 0.8 scale, etc., so that you can easily and clearly push 0.1 ml when injecting.
