1 Skin tags, which we often call soft fibromas, are a disease of excessive keratinization of the epidermis and hyperplasia of the dermal connective tissue. The main clinical manifestation is multiple filamentous or pedicle-like growths, so it is also called skin tags, soft hanging warts, soft warts, soft moles or cervical papilloma. Soft fibroma is common in middle-aged and elderly people, more common in women, and tends to occur in the neck, armpits, and groin folds. Clinically, it is divided into two types: single and multiple.

2 Filiform warts are a type of wart disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). They are contagious, can connect into pieces, and can cause allergies, cancer, HIV, hepatitis and other immune system diseases by destroying the immune system. 1. Common symptoms of soft fibroma: inflammation, papules, perianal warts, and weight gain. Clinical manifestations include small flesh-colored to dark brown pinhead-sized and larger sessile and pedunculated papillomas, which often occur on the neck, often accompanied by small seborrheic keratoses, and are also common in the axillae, eyelids, and secondarily on the trunk and groin. Some pedunculated soft fibromas are teardrop-shaped and feel like small sacs. They may occasionally become inflamed, tender, or even necrotic due to distortion of the pedicles. The number of lesions often increases with weight gain or during pregnancy. The incidence of this disease seems to be higher in patients with colon polyps. The disease, which was previously reported as perianal soft warts or skin folds, is now called infantile perianal pyramidal ridges. The disease occurs in young children, usually females. The lesions occur from the anterior midline to the anus, which may subside over time and generally do not require treatment.

2. Type performance

(1) Filiform soft fibroma: multiple, often found on the side of the neck, the lesions are multiple filiform protrusions, soft in texture, about 2 mm wide and 5 mm long.

(2) Pedicle-type soft fibroma: It is more common on the neck, face or lower trunk. The lesions are soft and smooth, about 1 cm in diameter, and usually have a pedicle. If the pedicle is twisted or infarcted, it may cause pain and discomfort.

(3) Papular soft fibroma: multiple small papules, 1 to 2 mm in diameter, with grooves on the surface, often occurring on the neck and armpits.
