Can baking soda bleach clothes?

It is very common in daily life for clothes to become dirty and yellow. It will be very distressing for people if these stains are accidentally poured on clothes. Therefore, it is particularly important to master some effective methods to remove yellowing and stains from clothes. Many people don’t know if baking soda can bleach clothes. In fact, people can directly use laundry detergent to wash clothes. At the same time, white vinegar, salt, etc. also have good effects in removing stains. Friends in need can try it.

Do not use baking soda to clean soy sauce stains on pink clothes

1. Although baking soda can produce a lot of foam, its actual cleaning power is very low and it cannot completely wash away the body oils remaining on clothes. Using baking soda to wash clothes requires a large amount of fruit and is expensive.

2. Whether it is natural or synthetic laundry detergent, its main function is to clean grease on clothes. If you consider the cleaning power and safety comprehensively, it is still recommended to choose synthetic detergents with a well-known brand and trustworthy reputation. Health and consumer rights are relatively guaranteed, such as well-known brands such as Blue Moon on the market.

There are soy sauce stains on colored clothes. Use the following methods to remove them:

1. When the clothes are dry, apply hand-washing detergent to the stains to completely cover the stains. After leaving for 5 minutes (you can gently rub them), add detergent and wash as usual.

2. If the stain cannot be removed after the above method, put the clothes in a basin with the stained part against the bottom of the basin. Use the Blue Moonlight Colored Clothes Stain Cleaner bottle cap to measure 1/4 bottle cap (10 grams) of stain bleaching liquid and 1/4 bottle cap (10 grams) of Blue Moon Collar Cleaner, pour them on the stain, cover the stain with other unstained parts of the clothes to prevent it from drying out, let it stand for 2 hours, and rinse it clean. If the stain is still there after 2 hours, add appropriate amount of water to wet the whole garment, leave it overnight, and it can be effectively removed the next day.

When ironing yellowed silk clothes, you can use a little baking soda to make a paste and apply it to the yellowed area. After the water evaporates, put a wet towel on it and iron it, and the yellowed marks will disappear.

When the refrigerator has a musty smell, you can scrub it with 20% concentration of baking soda water to remove both the musty smell and dirt.
