The stomach is a place that helps people store food, and the stomach has a very strong digestive ability. It absorbs nutrients in food into the human body through peristalsis, helping the body stay healthy. In life, no matter who you are, you should avoid doing things that hurt the stomach, including some daily habits, such as drinking and smoking. So, which part of the stomach is the antrum? The human stomach can be divided into four parts: the cardia, fundus, body and antrum. So the antrum is also a region of the stomach and is indeed in the stomach. So where is the gastric antrum in the stomach? Currently, many friends are not very familiar with the gastric antrum. In fact, the gastric antrum refers to the position next to the pylorus of the human body. The part from the gastric angular notch to the right to the pylorus is the so-called gastric antrum. The gastric antrum is a part of the stomach, so many diseases can be caused by the gastric antrum, so you must pay more attention to it. Gastric antrum: The gastric antrum refers to the part between the pylorus and the notch of the gastric angle. The part from the gastric notch to the right of the pylorus is mainly composed of G cells. Antral gastritis can generally be divided into two types: superficial and atrophic. Through years of observation and research, it has been found that there is a close relationship between gastric cancer and atrophic antral gastritis. Many scholars have reported that the cancer rate of patients with atrophic gastritis is about 10%, and the risk of cancer in patients with atrophic antral gastritis is 20 times greater than that of normal people. In my country, a survey of areas with high and low incidence of gastric cancer found that the incidence of atrophic gastritis is significantly increased in areas with a high incidence of gastric cancer. Antral gastritis is common in men over 30 years old, and is characterized by upper abdominal distension, dull pain or severe pain, which often occurs periodically and may be accompanied by belching, acid reflux, vomiting, poor appetite, weight loss, etc. Chronic antral gastritis may also manifest as anorexia, persistent abdominal pain, and hemorrhagic anemia. The lesions of antral gastritis are mostly limited to the muscularis mucosa, but can also spread to the muscularis and serosa. The gastric antral mucosa showed edema, congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrous tissue hyperplasia, among which the submucosal layer was most obvious. In addition, when there is mucosal erosion, glandular atrophy and intestinal gland hyperplasia, antral gastritis rarely exists alone, and often exists at the same time as peptic ulcer or gastric cancer. Because antral gastritis is closely related to atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric cancer, we should pay great attention to it. |
