What to do if blisters and scars appear on the mouth

Generally speaking, if a person gets angry, it will cause blisters and scars on the mouth. If these scars on the mouth are not removed in time, it will not only affect the patient's image, but may even cause inconvenience to the patient's normal eating. There are many ways to remove scars caused by blisters, such as: applying vitamin E, aloe vera gel, applying vitamin C, paying attention to diet, etc.

Apply vitamin E

Vitamin E can moisturize the skin, maintain skin elasticity, and improve epithelial cell metabolism. If you have blisters and scars on your lips, cut up a vitamin E capsule and apply it to the scars on your lips, gently massaging for 3-5 minutes, twice a day. This can promote the metabolism of scars, fade and eliminate them, but it requires long-term persistence.

Apply aloe vera gel

If blisters and scars appear on your lips, you can also apply aloe vera gel to help remove the scars. Aloe vera gel has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, reducing inflammation and killing bacteria, inhibiting inflammation, astringing sores, and promoting cell regeneration. If there are scars left on the lips due to blisters, applying aloe vera gel on the lip scars every morning and evening can promote the regeneration of skin cells and slowly fade the scars. Moreover, if blisters appear on your lips and they have just started to scab, applying aloe vera gel can also prevent the formation of scars.

Apply vitamin C

If blisters and scars appear on your lips, you can also apply vitamin C. Vitamin C has a whitening effect. Apply vitamin C to the darker scars on your lips to whiten them and make them consistent with the tone of the surrounding healthy skin.

Be mindful of your diet

If a blister forms on your lips and leaves a scar, it is actually because the blood vessels in the skin at the original blister site have dilated. After the blister disappears, the blood vessels have not completely shrunk, so a flat, red mark is formed that is different from other skin areas. It is more obvious when the skin temperature rises or when exercising. Because the scar occurs in the dermis, if you maintain a light diet, the red scar on your lips will usually fade away in about 4-6 months. Therefore, you must be more careful about your diet and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods. You should also eat less soy sauce containing pigments and photosensitive vegetables such as carrots and leeks. Eat more foods that have whitening effects, such as almonds, milk, soy milk, etc.
