I have spotting and my stomach hurts a little and I want to defecate. What's going on?

Some pregnant women will have some special physical reactions when they are pregnant, such as spotting, accompanied by abdominal pain and the desire to defecate. When new mothers see this situation, they are often very scared, worrying about whether they will have miscarriage or problems with the baby's development. In fact, this is a sign before delivery. In the late pregnancy, the urge to defecate occurs because uterine contractions stimulate the intestines. There is no need to worry about this situation.

It is a symptom that delivery is imminent. The following signs are usually present when production is imminent:

1. The baby falls down, the pressure around the stomach is relieved, there is a heaviness in the lower abdomen, frequent urination, and no urinary sensation even after urination.

2. Increased mucous leucorrhea.

3. Irregular bloating and pain in the abdomen.

Signs of impending birth: 1. Labor pains: You can feel the uterus contracting and expanding regularly more than six times a day, which means labor pains have begun. Labor pains can be divided into false pains and true pains. False pain starts to occur 3 to 4 weeks before delivery, without regularity, because walking will improve the pain. The pain is limited to the lower abdomen and groin, rarely extends to around the back, and the cervix has not yet dilated. True pain occurs at the beginning of delivery, with regularity and intense pain that cannot be improved by walking. The pain is in the abdomen, back, and coccyx, and there is a strong urge to defecate. The cervix gradually dilates due to the contraction of the uterus.

2. Spotting: Because the mucus plug at the cervical opening falls off and the capillaries rupture, a small amount of pink or red, viscous secretion mixed with a small amount of blood, mucous leucorrhea, usually appears about 1 to 2 days before delivery. 3. Rupture of membranes: The rupture of the membrane that wraps the fetus allows the amniotic fluid to flow out, which is called rupture of membranes. It is slightly sticky, colorless and similar to urine. Generally, labor pains come first and then water breaks. If water breaks, try to lie flat and go to the hospital as soon as possible to give birth.
