1. Take appropriate amounts of Cnidium monnieri, Angelica sinensis, Clematis chinensis, and Sophora flavescens, put them into a pot with appropriate amount of water and boil them. After boiling, pour the liquid into a plate, fumigate and wash the affected area while it is hot. Use once a day for two to four times to cure.

2. Take appropriate amount of Sophora flavescens, Cnidium monnieri, Angelica dahurica, Honeysuckle, Phellodendron chinense, Chrysanthemum officinale, Kochia scoparia, Acorus calamus, add water to decoct and take the filtrate, fumigate first and then wash the affected area, twice a day, 15-20 minutes each time.

3. Add appropriate amounts of rhubarb, Glauber's salt (rinsed), borax (rinsed), Schizonepeta, Saposhnikovia, mint, and licorice, add water to boil to extract the juice, then rinse with Glauber's salt and borax, wait for it to cool and set aside. When using, dip a clean towel in the medicine liquid and apply cold compress to the affected area for half an hour at a time, three to four times a day. Especially suitable for chronic eczema of scrotum.

4. Take appropriate amounts of Terminalia chebula and rice vinegar. First, smash the Terminalia chebula, add appropriate amount of water and simmer it over low heat, then add appropriate amount of rice vinegar and boil it. When using, take the liquid to soak the affected area, three times a day, each time for 30 minutes. It is suitable for patients with chronic eczema due to spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.

5. Take appropriate amounts of raw hawthorn, raw rhubarb, sophora flavescens, Glauber's salt and cicada shells. First add appropriate amounts of water to the first three herbs and cicada shells. Boil for fifteen minutes, then add Glauber's salt and boil for another one or two more times. After removing the residue, wait for the medicinal liquid to cool down before scrubbing the affected area with cotton wool. Do this five to six times a day. One course of treatment is 5 days. Suitable for various types of chronic eczema.
