Symptom 1: Fungal infection is usually accompanied by itching, occasionally the hair will have an odor, and the lymph nodes behind the neck will also be swollen. Fungi can cause hair to fall out, and excessive scratching of the nails can cause slight redness, swelling, pain, and ulcers with purulent discharge.

Symptom 2: Ulcers in other parts of the body are round, red and swollen, with a small bulge in the center of the circle.
