White stool is normal

White stool is normal

White discharge is a very common physical phenomenon and often occurs after urination or defecation. The most direct cause of white discharge is chronic prostatitis in men. This white discharge is actually prostatic fluid. Chronic prostatitis is generally caused by excessive drinking, cold, abnormal sexual life, long-term cycling and other problems. Therefore, do not regard white stool as a normal situation. If this problem occurs, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time.

1. What is the signal of white light?

The white discharge is caused by chronic prostatitis. The white secretion that flows out is prostatic fluid, not semen. Excessive drinking, cold, perineum injury, abnormal sexual life, frequent sexual impulses, and long-distance cycling and horse riding can all lead to prostate congestion and congestion, which is an important factor in promoting prostate inflammation. This disease can be cured by following the doctor's advice or taking antibiotics or Chinese medicine internally.

Patients with chronic prostatitis may experience a small amount of white liquid flowing out of the urethra in the morning, at the end of urination, or during bowel movements due to congestion, swelling, and increased secretion of the prostate. This is called prostatic discharge, also known as white dripping, and is a reference indicator for diagnosing chronic prostatitis.

Before and after urination and when defecating, a small amount of sticky milky white secretion flows out of the urethra. Most of it is prostatic fluid, which may also be mixed with a small amount of secretion from the bulbourethral glands. This is because the prostate and bulbourethral glands are located at the bottom of the pelvis, and the muscles involved in defecation will compress these two glands when they contract, thereby expelling a small amount of secretions. Since normal defecation does not require much force, this white dripping phenomenon may not occur, or even if it occurs, it may not attract people's attention. However, when constipation or prostate inflammation occurs, this white discharge phenomenon is very common. Frequent white discharge, large amounts of turbid liquid, and other corresponding symptoms may indicate chronic prostatitis. If the white discharge is serious, it must be treated early. Long-term discharge of prostatic fluid will have a great impact on sexual function.

2. Causes

The age of onset of vitiligo is most likely between 30 and 60 years old. The causes of the disease are overwork, alcoholism, high-fat meals, colds and fever, and colds. Experience has shown that relapses are more common in rural areas during the busy season (fatigue) and around the Spring Festival (fatty meals). Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is closely related to the spleen and kidneys. The spleen is the source of metabolism, and the kidney is the place where essence is stored. If the spleen is weak, the transportation and transformation will be impaired, and if the kidney is deficient, the storage will be impaired, and the essence will leak out, without distinction between clear and turbid, and go down through the bladder, so the urine is turbid. Therefore, the causes of white discharge include sinking of spleen yang, insufficient qi in the middle, downward flow of dampness and heat, and deficiency of kidney yin.

3. Generation Mechanism

The "white dripping" phenomenon is medically known as "prostatic discharge". The prostate of adult males continuously secretes prostatic fluid, which can be discharged from the body through masturbation, sexual intercourse or spermatorrhea, and the body can also absorb some of it. When the prostate fluid is frequently stimulated or inflammatory, resulting in a significant increase in prostate fluid secretion, but there is a lack of excretion methods (such as regular sexual life), the body's absorption cannot increase accordingly. In this case, after urination or defecation, which increases abdominal pressure, the passive contraction of the prostate smooth muscle causes prostatic fluid to overflow. Because men have nocturnal penile erections, which increase the secretion of prostatic fluid, the "white dripping" phenomenon is more likely to occur in the morning.

From the mechanism of "white dripping", it can be seen that the single "white dripping" phenomenon does not represent a serious disease. If the patient has no obvious discomfort, no special treatment is required. You can make some adjustments in your lifestyle, such as having appropriate and regular sex life; avoiding drinking, spicy food; and avoiding bad habits such as holding urine.

If the patient has obvious discomfort symptoms, relevant examinations and treatments can be carried out according to the classification of prostatitis.
