2. Causes

In this case, after urination or defecation, which increases abdominal pressure, the passive contraction of the prostate smooth muscle causes prostatic fluid to overflow. Because men have nocturnal penile erections, which increase the secretion of prostatic fluid, the "white dripping" phenomenon is more likely to occur in the morning.

From the mechanism of "white dripping", it can be seen that the single "white dripping" phenomenon does not represent a serious disease.
