2. Acupoint massage to calm your heartbeat

(1) Press the Neiguan acupoint

Location: In the middle of the inner side of the arm, about 3 finger widths above the wrist crease.

Massage method: The massager holds the forearm of the person being massaged with his right hand, and presses the Neiguan point with the left thumb for 2 minutes, until the soreness and swelling sensation radiates to the wrist and hand.

(2) Pinching the Shenmen acupoint

Position: Palm facing up, on the transverse wrist line on the little finger side of the wrist joint.

Massage method: The masseur pinches the Shenmen acupoint of the person being massaged with the thumb of one hand for about 1 minute until soreness and swelling are felt, alternating between the left and right hands.

(3) Press the Danzhong point with your finger

Location: On the midline of the chest, at the intersection of the line connecting the two nipples and the midline of the sternum.

Massage method: Lie on your back and use your thumb to push the Shanzhong point from bottom to top for about 2 minutes, until the swelling and numbness spread to the chest.

3. Diet to regulate arrhythmia

Ingredients: 30g lotus seeds, 50g polished rice

Method: Boil the lotus seeds until soft, then add in glutinous rice and cook into porridge. Eat it on an empty stomach every morning and evening, and add appropriate amount of honey when eating.

Efficacy: Lotus seed and rice porridge has the effects of invigorating qi and calming the mind, clearing the heart and reducing internal heat, and has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect on arrhythmia, palpitations and panic.

4. Go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time

Stop taking the medication and observe for a week. If these symptoms show signs of gradual relief, it is not a big problem and you should be able to recover on your own. If the symptoms do not improve after stopping the medication, you will need to go to the hospital for examination and treatment. Weight loss should be done through diet and exercise, and do not rely on weight-loss pills.
