How to wake up quickly

From a health perspective, one-third of a person's life is spent sleeping, which is a normal phenomenon. But in some cases, due to illness, climate or other reasons, people may feel sleepy. Drowsiness can make people listless and lose energy, affecting their work and study efficiency. So how can we wake up quickly and keep ourselves energetic? Let us take a brief look at it below.

1. Press with your fist to release fatigue. Clench your fist and place it diagonally behind your ear, near the skull in the center of your neck. Close your eyes and tilt your head back. Feel the strength of your fist supporting your head. You will feel relaxed and can release fatigue.

2. Tap lightly to drive away fatigue

The golden triangle thymus gland can be drawn from the bottom of the neck to the nipple. You can tap this area with your fingers to relieve chest tightness and depression, making your chest feel open and your breath smooth, and you feel full of energy.

3. Hot stone massage for a comfortable neck. Choose a warm and smooth stone, preferably with one side that is relatively flat. Place it in hot water so that the stone can be warm. Slowly slide the stone along the shoulder and neck line to allow the heat to reach the shoulder and neck area, which will bring warmth and comfort and sweep away fatigue.

4. Smell essential oils to feel refreshed. The benefits of essential oils are to relieve stress and stimulate the brain. Because stuffy air makes people feel dizzy and unclear, you might as well choose leaf essential oils such as lemongrass or camphor and rosemary essential oils with cool smells to freshen the air around you.

5. Prepare a bottle of medicated oil, open the bottle cap, gently drop the first drop on your fingers, and rub the medicated oil on your hands on your temples.

Take a glass of water, put a small drop of essential oil in the water, and drink a sip when you feel sleepy, which can effectively prevent you from feeling sleepy.

7. When you feel sleepy, hurt yourself with force or prepare an itch object to instantly excite your nerves.

8. Prepare some strong tea and place it in the place where you live, work or study for a long time. Whenever you feel sleepy, drink a little and it will be effective.

5. Buy some coffee and drink it when you feel sleepy to prevent yourself from dozing off.
