Therefore, it has the following characteristics:

1. Hazelnuts are rich in oil (mostly unsaturated fatty acids), with a content of up to 60.5%, making the fat-soluble vitamins easier for the human body to absorb. They are very good for the weak, the weak after illness, and the hungry.

2. Its vitamin E content is as high as 36%, which can effectively delay aging, prevent and treat vascular sclerosis, and moisturize the skin;
