Why are my legs afraid of cold and wind?

Why are my legs afraid of cold and wind?

According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, wind, cold, dampness and heat are collectively referred to as exogenous evils. The human body is like a systematic defense system with a certain defensive capability. This capability changes with health status. Once the body's defense capability cannot resist the effects of exogenous evils, the exogenous evils will invade the body and the body's health will be in danger. If your legs are afraid of cold and wind, it means that your legs are in poor health. So, what is the reason for these leg problems and fear of cold and wind?

First, conservative treatment, including a. hot compress on the neck, three times a day, at least half an hour each time, physical therapy and acupuncture can be performed at the same time, b. reduce the time spent playing with mobile phones, write at least 100 rice characters with your head every day, c. if the pain is severe, you can take the oral painkiller ibuprofen twice a day, one pill each time, after meals for better pain relief.

Second, if the treatment effect is not good, you can take minimally invasive surgery or conventional surgery. Third, eat more vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy and irritating foods, stay up late less, exercise more, and improve your own resistance. Varicose veins in the lower limbs are mostly caused by standing for a long time, the lower limbs cannot be raised, and cold.

One is to use elastic stockings or elastic bandages.

Second, pay attention to elevating the affected limb to reduce venous return.

Third, pay attention to eating more vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy and irritating foods, keep warm and avoid getting cold. Smoking and drinking are prohibited.

1. Avoid moisture. After exercise, when your whole body becomes hot and sweaty, and your clothes and socks become wet, you should change them quickly, dry your body, and ensure that your body is in a good dry environment.

2. Clothes, shoes and socks should be soft and warm, and not too thin or too tight. Because being too thin will not be warm, and being too tight will affect systemic or local blood circulation, making the knee joint more sensitive to cold.

3. You can make a "knee belt" with cloth and cotton or animal fur such as rabbit hair, cat skin, etc. (the fur should face the knee joint). When you are active, you can change to "knee pads" (available at sporting goods stores) to protect yourself from the cold. However, "knee pads" are made of elastic bands. Long-term wearing will hinder blood circulation in the knees and affect the condition of the knee joints. Therefore, you should take them off in time after activities and replace them with "knee belts".

4. Before going to bed every night, soak your feet in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, keeping the water temperature at around 40°C. This can not only eliminate fatigue but also promote sleep.

5. You can use cold water to scrub the front, back, left and right sides of the knee joint once in the morning and evening for 3-5 minutes each time. Then wipe it dry with a dry towel until it is slightly warm.
