Method 1: Soak your hands in hot water:

Method 2: Comb and massage the pain points:

Method 3: Rub the temples:

Method 4: Eat foods containing magnesium:

In daily life, migraine patients should regularly eat foods rich in magnesium, such as oranges, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, kelp, soybeans, whole grains and various green leafy vegetables, etc., which can effectively relieve the symptoms of migraine. Try to drink less coffee and red wine, and eat more foods containing vitamins.

Method 5: Drink strong mint tea:

Take 15 grams of dried mint leaves and put them in tea. Use freshly boiled water and brew for 5 minutes before drinking. Take it once in the morning and evening. It is very helpful for the treatment of migraine.
