1. Don’t pull it by force

When combing your hair, never pull it forcefully or comb it downwards with all your might. The consequences can be serious. At this time, we should give up the forceful pulling method and use gentle means to comb the hair.

2. Use your fingers to sort it out

3. Comb with a wide-tooth comb

4. Combing with a dense-tooth comb

5. How to deal with a dead knot

Many times, the hair is tangled and cannot be untangled, even with a comb. Then, you can only reluctantly go to the barber shop to cut off the tangled hair. This is helpless but the only solution.

If your hair is prone to tangling, it may be due to a lack of certain nutrients. Therefore, this requires us to eat more foods containing vitamin E in our daily diet. The main food sources of vitamin E include black sesame, walnuts, cereals and other foods. There are also black foods such as black fungus. It can also enhance our hair quality. Eating more can also effectively whiten hair and enhance black nutrition and melanin. Melanin is related to tyrosinase, and the amount of tyrosinase is related to the black and white color of hair.
