Is spinal combing harmful to humans?

The human body is made up of hundreds of bones. After death, the flesh and blood will gradually decay, but the bones can remain intact for a very long time. When you go to the hospital and take an X-ray, you can observe that the largest bone in the human body is called the spine. The spine needs to bear the weight of the human body, so if people's sitting and standing postures are incorrect, it will have a great impact on the spine. So is spinal combing harmful to the human body?

The spine is the central axis of the human body, and its first and most important function is to support body weight. The cervical spine bears the weight of the head. The thoracic spine bears the weight of the cervical spine as well as the weight of the thorax, thoracic organs and upper limbs. The lumbar spine bears the weight of the abdominal wall and intra-abdominal organs as well as the above weight. The sacral spine bears the above weight and transfers it to the pelvis. In addition to bearing the weight transferred from the sacrum, the pelvis also bears the weight of the pelvic organs and transfers this weight to the femur (thigh bone). The femur then transfers the weight downward to the tibia and foot.

The second important function of the spine is movement. There are two types of connections between the vertebrae that make up the spine, namely, intervertebral discs between the vertebral bodies and intervertebral joints between the vertebral arches. These two forms of connection allow the spine to perform movements such as flexion and extension, lateral flexion, and rotation. In addition, the joints between the top of the spine, namely the first cervical vertebra atlas and the occipital bone of the skull, and the joints between the first cervical vertebra atlas and the second cervical vertebra axis allow the head to flex forward and backward (nodding movement), flex laterally, and rotate (shaking head movement).

The third important function of the spine is protection. Inside the spine is the vertebral canal, which contains and protects the spinal cord. Moreover, the 31 pairs of spinal nerves connected to the spinal cord all pass through the intervertebral foramen and exit the vertebral canal and are protected by the spine.

The fourth important function of the spine is hematopoiesis. After birth, the bone marrow in all bones of the body is red bone marrow. After the age of 5, most of the bone marrow in the body turns into yellow bone marrow and no longer produces blood. However, the bone marrow in the proximal end of the femur, proximal end of the humerus, ilium and vertebrae still retains red bone marrow and continues to produce blood.

How to Correct Scoliosis

When scoliosis exceeds twenty degrees, it is necessary to correct it. Patients can effectively improve symptoms through self-correction, but the treatment course is generally long and will not produce obvious results in a short period of time. At the same time, patients should actively cooperate with the correction process in their daily lives. They should try to keep their bodies upright when sitting or standing, especially their backs. They should not bend or lean forward, and they should not sleep on the table. They should also supplement more nutrients such as calcium. Long-term persistence can play a certain auxiliary role.

The role and efficacy of the spinal combing bed

The spinal combing bed is designed for the human spine and has four major functions: aerobic passive exercise, suspended bodyweight traction, spinal serpentine swing, and far-infrared thermal therapy. Through multiple medical institutions, many medical experts, and hundreds of clinical trials over more than three years, the cure rate for patients with lumbar disc herniation has reached over 85%. It has obvious therapeutic effects on spinal diseases. This product is suitable for use in medical institutions at all levels, rehabilitation centers, welfare homes, elderly activity centers, leisure resorts, fitness therapy and community health care, and is more suitable for home treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and spinal-related diseases.

Six major functions

① Aerobic passive exercise

Comb and relax the spine. Every 20 minutes of combing is equivalent to jogging 2000-3000 meters.

② Suspended dynamic traction

It is a method to naturally relax muscles and ligaments throughout the body in a soothing manner. Compared with all the traction methods currently on the market, it is safer, more reliable and more comfortable. By inverting and pulling the spine, the intervertebral space is enlarged, the intervertebral foramen is expanded, and the intervertebral disc changes from positive pressure to negative pressure, thereby reducing the compression on the spinal nerves and relieving the adhesion of the nerve roots. The stiffness, pain and numbness in the arms, neck and waist caused by spinal misalignment will be alleviated. If you use it regularly, the misaligned spine will return to its original position naturally, and all your spinal-related diseases will naturally disappear.

③ Fan-shaped spiral ridge swing

It can make each vertebrae twist and swing in a fan-shaped spinal rotation. If you regularly practice spinal rotation and swinging, the deviation of the spinal bones or the disorder of the small joints will be improved, and the twisting of the spinal nerves when passing through the intervertebral foramen can also be corrected, thereby relieving the contact adhesion caused by compression of the nerve roots, eliminating peripheral nerve paralysis, and restoring the normal nerve function of the whole body.

④Far infrared heat therapy

Professional far-infrared generator, developed and produced by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is synthesized by die-casting of clay silicon powder. The penetrating power into the human body is three centimeters, and no radiation harmful to the human body is produced. It can reduce inflammation, relieve pain, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, activate cells, and enhance the body's immunity; it is especially effective for patients with rheumatism, colds, and stiff and painful limbs when exposed to cold.

⑤ Transposition cycle inversion

Inverted circulation can dilate capillaries, exercise blood vessel elasticity, increase blood supply to the head, nourish peripheral nerves, and improve microcirculation.
