The harm of red sugar bacteria

The harm of red sugar bacteria

Many people have never heard of kombucha, but many people will know about its production. Kombucha is generally made by brewing tea (including red, green, oolong, etc.) with sugar (including white sugar, rock sugar, brown sugar) and water. It is currently a popular health beverage. This article introduces its effects and precautions when drinking it. Let’s take a look and learn about it.

It's harmless, but don't drink too much.

Kombucha is brewed from black tea (or green tea, oolong tea, kuding tea, scented tea, etc.), white sugar (or rock sugar, honey) and water.

The bacterial film of kombucha resembles the skin of jellyfish, so it is called "sea treasure"; because kombucha can help digestion and treat various stomach diseases, it is called "stomach treasure" in some places; and because kombucha is made from black tea and white sugar into a bacterial liquid containing yeast, acetic acid bacteria and lactic acid bacteria, it is also called "kombucha". Kombucha is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C and vitamin B, and contains three microorganisms that are beneficial to the human body (such as yeast). Therefore, it can regulate human physiological functions, promote metabolism, aid digestion, prevent arteriosclerosis, fight cancer, and strengthen the body, making it a health care beverage popular all over the world.

Wash the brown sugar bacteria with clean water, usually wash it twice until the water becomes cool. (Be careful not to use too much impact from the water when washing, because there are small lives inside). After washing, pour it into a glass container with cool mineral water or cold boiled water (at room temperature), and then add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. It can usually be drunk after 24 to 48 hours. Adding some honey will make it better!
