As time goes on, the red color becomes more and more intense. After cooking, the red seed coat will separate from the embryo (rice grain).

2. Fake blood glutinous rice is made from inferior rice dyed with purple-red pigment. 2. Put black rice and glutinous rice into a casserole, add enough water to cook porridge, when the porridge is thick and soft, add brown sugar and cook for a while before turning off the heat.
