Small bra leads to inconsistent breast size

Breast size inconsistency is a problem that many women have. This problem will inevitably have a certain impact on women's image. After all, symmetrical breasts will create a sense of coordination and make people look more beautiful. However, if the breasts are of different sizes, there are solutions. Below, I will introduce in detail how to adjust breasts of different sizes.

1. Pay attention to your sleeping posture

Do not lie on one side often, so as to avoid one breast being often pressed by its own weight and causing asymmetrical development. If your breasts are already asymmetrical, you should sleep more towards the smaller side. But also be careful not to "sleep dead" on one side every night. Otherwise it will cause muscle tension and pain.

2. Breast Massage

Hold up the right breast with your left hand, put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of your right hand together, and use three fingers to gently massage the nipple from the base of the breast in a circular motion. Start by massaging from the base of the breast near the sternum to the outside, and do 20 times back and forth.

Then massage the left breast.

Place your five fingers in a chicken claw shape, clasp the area below the nipple, and gently rotate and massage toward the base of the breast, 10 times for each breast; pull the nipple, pinch the nipple with your thumb, index finger, and middle finger, and massage it outwards, 20 times for each side.

Be careful to apply force evenly.

Don't pinch your nipples too hard. You can also buy a suction cup (or breast enhancement device) and suck your breasts twice a day for 10 minutes each time to develop your pectoral muscles and thus enlarge your small breasts.

3. Exercise

Do specific breast exercises for small breasts. You can tie a rope to the ceiling or pillar, and then use one hand to pull the rope on one side of the small breast to make the breast "bigger". Do it for 15 minutes every day. You can also find a heavy book and hold it with the hand on the side of your smaller breast, stretching forward, outward, and left and right to expand your chest muscles. Do this once a day. When enlarging one side of a small breast, the other side should also be taken into consideration to achieve balanced development of both sides.

4. Diet therapy

Lamb stewed with soy milk: 150 grams of yam, 500 grams of lamb, a little oil, salt and ginger, stew for two hours, eat twice a week.

Kelp and carp: 200 grams of kelp, 1 pig's foot, 150 grams of peanuts, 500 grams of carp, a little onion, ginger, oil, salt, sugar and wine. First boil the carp with ginger and scallions, then add the ingredients.

Lychee porridge: Peel and remove the flesh of 15 dried lychees, 150 grams each of lotus seeds and yam, and 250 grams of lean meat, cook them into porridge together and eat twice a week.

If the breast size was consistent in the past but has changed recently, such as one breast becoming larger, or the skin of one breast changing or a small depression appearing on the skin, or one nipple retracting or rising, accompanied by pain, itching, nipple discharge, etc., it is very likely that a pathological change has occurred, and you need to go to the hospital for examination in time.
