No dinner, fasting for 12 hours

Everyone's living habits are different. Some people skip dinner and fast for 12 hours in order to lose weight. This is not good for your health because after five or six hours, the stomach will be empty and you will feel hungry, so you need to eat. But this is not absolute. Some people may have adapted to it. However, to adapt to the lifestyle of skipping dinner and fasting for 12 hours, it generally takes three stages.

The first stage, the first three days, becomes a hungry wolf

This stage can actually be divided into more detailed parts: on the first day, you don't feel much, and you may even feel quite comfortable. When you go to bed at night, you feel that your body is less burdened. The next day I clearly felt the onset of urgency and I really wanted to eat at dinner time, but I was able to control myself. On the third day, I turned into a hungry wolf in seconds. Around 8 o'clock in the evening, I really felt like I could eat anything and everything smelled delicious. When I saw raw rice grains, I just wanted to grab them and stuff them into my mouth.

The second stage, 4 to 6 days, relies on willpower

During this stage, the body begins to get used to two meals a day. In the morning, you will no longer be unable to eat as before, but will eat a lot. At noon, you will still have normal courage. At night, you should find more people to chat with to distract your attention. If you keep feeling depressed, it will be easy to give up. In addition, stay away from all edible things and create a simple environment for yourself.

The third stage, 7 to 9 days, complete adaptation

During this stage, the amount of food I eat for breakfast and lunch has started to return to normal, I no longer feel hungry at night, my weight has dropped significantly, my body feels refreshed, and I feel in good spirits. I can say that I feel great!
