Why do red blood streaks appear?

First of all, we should know that our eyes are usually white because there are tiny capillaries in the eyes, which are usually invisible. That is to say, there are bloodshot in the eyes. Because there are blood vessels in the eyes, when we don’t sleep well, the blood vessels become congested, and the bloodshot will be more serious than usual. Of course, some people are born with thicker eye blood vessels than others. When our eyes are over-tired or infected, blood vessels may rupture and cause retinal bleeding.
