You can eat more foods that strengthen the spleen and stomach, such as yam, lotus seeds, soybeans, lentils, coix seeds, bananas, etc.

Bean foods are rich in protein and have extremely high nutritional value. It also has the functions of increasing nutrition, aiding digestion and improving appetite. People with enteritis can also eat it to supplement the body with high protein, but because soybeans are cold in nature, people with cold stomach and weak spleen should not eat too much. Moreover, soy products are high in protein, and eating too much can easily cause abdominal bloating and pain, and increase the burden on the kidneys.

Therefore, patients with gastroenteritis should pay attention to their diet: eat small meals frequently, which will be helpful for treatment, and also maintain a happy mental state.
