Reasons for poor sense of balance

Some people are born with a great sense of balance, so they can practice balance exercises and do many activities related to balance. However, some people are born with a poor sense of balance, and they feel very different from others when doing activities. In fact, people's sense of balance is innate. Although it can be enhanced through acquired training, it also has a lot to do with one's own reasons. Here are some reasons why you may have a poor sense of balance.

The sense of balance is particularly poor, and the physiological reason is: inner ear disorder. Our inner ear helps maintain body balance. The inner ear transmits changes in our position or acceleration to the brain, which then controls the body's muscles to coordinate and make appropriate responses (such as standing firm). If this balance system is out of balance, dizziness will occur; this type of dizziness can be divided into two categories: "central" and "peripheral".

The sense of balance is regulated by the human body's cerebellum and vestibular cochlea. Healthy people generally have no problems with their sense of balance. Poor sense of balance may be related to the cerebellum, such as poor development of the cerebellum, lack of nutrition, or personal physique. Don't worry too much. You can go to the hospital for a cerebellum CT scan, which costs about a few hundred yuan. Eat more fish in your life.

Poor balance can be trained. The methods include standing on one leg, etc. You can stand on one leg for a while when you have nothing to do. 2. Stand upright with your feet together in the tree pose. Shift your center of gravity to your right leg. Lift your left leg and bend your left knee. Let the sole of your left foot press against the inner thigh muscles of your right thigh. Put your hands together in front of your chest, inhale, slowly raise your hands above your head, straighten your arms, look straight ahead, and keep standing steadily. Hold this position for as long as possible. Inhale and slowly bring your hands back to your chest, exhale and return your hands and feet to their original position. Switch to the other side. 3. Simple dance pose (the bow pose performed by Yu Zhuxianli) Stand upright with your feet together, shift your center of gravity to your right leg, inhale and raise your left arm, bend your left knee, grab your left ankle with your right hand, keep your calves and thighs as close as possible, look straight ahead at a fixed point, exhale, lean forward, and stretch your arms forward. Hold this position for as long as possible. Inhale, release your right hand when your body returns to standing position, exhale, return your hands and feet to their original position, and switch to the other side.
