If you are currently obese or overweight (BMI>24), and your body fat percentage is higher than normal (men with body fat above 25% and women with body fat above 35% are considered obese), then the first thing you need to do in the gym is to lose fat. The prerequisite is that you can ensure to go to the gym more than 3 times a week, and when you go there you don’t just exercise blindly or play around in the oxygen area, but you have professional coaches to guide you and strictly control your dietary intake.

4. Fitness is a lifelong thing. Even if you have built muscles, it will be in vain if you don’t maintain your exercise and eating habits later on. It is futile to rush for quick results. You should work hard to lose weight first and eat more meat if you want to gain weight. If you persist, muscles will naturally appear.
