How to eat crispy mango

Every year when mangoes are ripe and available in large quantities, many people will buy some mangoes to eat. Mangoes are rich in protein, crude fiber, minerals and vitamins. Eating mangoes has a good effect on beautifying the skin, fighting cancer, preventing high blood pressure and relieving constipation. However, when people eat mangoes, they will feel that the mango skin is difficult to peel, and sometimes the mango juice will splash everywhere.

How to eat crispy mango

Method 1

First wash the mango and cut off the head and tail of the mango (to make it easier to stand it up and peel it);

2. Stand the mango upright and peel it with a knife;

3. After peeling the mango, cut it into pieces or slices and it is ready to eat.

Method 2

1. Wash the mango first, and start cutting along the symmetrical dividing line of the mango (along the core) slightly above the core;

2. For the other half with a mango pit, cut off another slice close to the pit; now the mango is divided into three pieces, and the middle piece is the pit.

3. Use a knife to cut the two pieces of mango without the core into diamond-shaped cubes, cutting to the peel but not cutting through;

4. Pinch both ends of the mango, press the middle with your middle finger, and flip the mango upwards. This will make the flesh protrude. You can scrape it off with a knife or spoon and eat it. It can also be used as decoration for other cakes, drinks, etc.

Method 3

1. Wash the mango first and cut it in the middle with a knife. The knife can be used to cut a circle around the core.

2. Grasp both ends of the cut mango with both hands and twist it in opposite directions. Note: You may squeeze out a lot of mango juice by squeezing the mango too hard.

3. The mango core at one end will be twisted out and you can eat it with a spoon. The other end will have the whole mango core, so you can use a knife to cut it off along the mango core and eat it with a spoon.

Method 4:

1. Same as the first step of method 2, divide the mango into two pieces with skin and one piece of mango core.

2. Prepare a clean round open glass, pick up a piece of mango flesh with skin, press the peel close to the mouth of the glass, and press it down along the wall of the glass so that the peel glass is outside the glass and the flesh remains intact in the glass.

Method 5:

1. Cut off the round parts on both sides of the mango, and then cut out two slices of mango flesh.

2. Cut off the head and tail of the flesh and the outer skin to make a square, and then cut it into small square dices horizontally and vertically. However, this would be wasteful.
